Q.Is this insurance?
No — CS Home Cover is a service membership, not an insurance policy. You get scheduled services, priority response and a permanent 10% member discount on labour. Repair work is charged transparently at your member rate, so there are no claims forms, no excess, and no small print about what's “covered.”
Q.Can I cancel?
Yes — after your first 12 months, cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. If you've had your annual service and cancel early, we just charge the difference to the standard service price.
Q.I already have a CS Gardens maintenance plan — what happens?
Keep it — your garden plan stays as it is, priced for your garden. If you join CS Home Cover, your 10% member discount applies to all bespoke garden and landscaping work on top of your existing plan. Call the office and we'll sort it in five minutes.
